The Scientific Committee of the EMGN-25 invites research papers on all cross-cutting themes of materials science, with a main focus on these Conference Tracks.

The scientific community can submit new conference tracks (e.g., special sessions, satellite events, etc.) until January 20, 2025.

Special Session (Track 24): Rheology of Advanced Materials

The Special Track on “Rheology of Advanced Materials” highlights cutting-edge research and applications of rheological theories and methods in advanced materials. This track emphasizes their pivotal role in understanding, controlling, and designing materials with tailored properties. It encompasses a wide range of topics, from micro-rheology to the rheology of complex media, offering insights into both fundamental studies and innovative practical solutions.

Special Session (Track 25): Sustainable and Novel Food Packaging based on Agro-Industrial By-Products and Natural Antimicrobials from the Mediterranean Area (SUN4MED)

A special session dedicated to the SUN4MED project will be held as an opportunity for the teams involved to present the advances made in this PRIMA project. As outlined in Work Package 6 (WP6), which focuses on Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation, this session will provide a platform for partners to share key developments and discuss the impact of their research on biodegradable and antimicrobial food packaging. It will foster collaborative discussions and further promote the project's alignment with green and circular economy principles.
